GameEngine On|Off {, width, height, splashFile$ }

Turns the Game Engine mode On or Off.

When turning On the Game Engine mode the optional width and height parameters may be specified and the screen will be scaled to that size. If not specified, the screen defaults to the device's native resolution.

The optional splashFile$ provides a path to the splash screen file. Usually a PNG image file, the splash screen remains on the screen until a SplashScreen Off command is executed. If not specified no splash screen is displayed. Splash screens can be used to fill the time needed to initialize and load graphic assets.

Before you execute a GameEngine On you must fix the screen orientation to portrait (1) or landscape (2).
