GenRotateBackgroundTo background, degrees {, msDuration}


Background to rotate.


The absolute degrees to rotate the background to. The background will rotate from the current rotation to the rotation specified by degrees. The sprite will rotate in the direction closest to degrees.


If this optional parameter is not specified the rotation will be instantaneous. If a duration is specified, in milliseconds, the rotation will take that amount of time to complete.

The sprite modifier event sub is called on completion of a rotation when msDuration is specified and greater than zero.
