HttpDownload url$, dstFilename$ {,overwrite}

This command downloads a file from the specified url$. The file is saved to dstFilename$ relative to the current working directory. The optional parameter overwrite may be 0 (don't overwrite) or 1 (overwrite existing file).

On failure the HttpGetError$() will return an error message.


Here is an example of how to download a file to your sdcard.

url$ = "www.mintoris.com/demo/readme.txt"

HttpDownload url$, "readme.txt", 1

err$ = HttpGetError$()

if err$ = "" then
Print "Download Succeeded"
Else
Print "Download Failed"
Print "Error: "; err$
Endif
