GenAccelerateSprite sprite, acceleration, angle {, terminalVelocity }

sprite

The sprite to be accelerated.

acceleration

The amount to accelerate the sprite in pixels per second. This value may be negative or positive. It is added to the current acceleration.

angle

The acceleration direction angle in degrees.

terminalVelocity

This optional parameter sets the sprite's terminal velocity in pixels per second.


The diagram below shows sprite angle and orientation. Sprites rotate in a clockwise direction. The rotation angle shown below is also the direction angle.
