sprite

The sprite to be accelerated.

accelX

The X acceleration vector in pixels per second. This value may be negative or positive. It is added to the current X acceleration vector.

accelY

The Y acceleration vector in pixels per second. This value may be negative or positive. It is added to the current Y acceleration vector.

terminalVelocity

This optional parameter sets the sprite's terminal velocity in pixels per second.
