Background to rotate.

degrees

The degrees, relative to the current rotation, to rotate the background.

msDuration

If this optional parameter is not specified the rotation will be instantaneous. If a duration is specified, in milliseconds, the rotation will take that amount of time to complete the move.


The sprite modifier event sub is called on completion of a rotation when msDuration is specified and greater than zero.
